Annual European Community CLRTAP emission inventory 1990-2000; EEA Technical report No 91

Data on emissions of air pollutants in the European Community from 1990-2000 are presented in this report. The emissions data cover acidifying pollutants, ozone precursor substances and other air pollutants: SOx (sulphur oxides), NOX (nitrogen oxides), NH3 (ammonia), NMVOCs (non-methane volatile organic compounds), CO (carbon monoxide), heavy metals and persistent organic pollutants. The report serves as the EC's annual submission to the UN/ECE Convention on Long-Range Transboundary Air Pollution (CLRTAP).
