Emissions of atmospheric pollutants in Europe, 1990-99

An analysis of trends in emissions of the main air pollutants in EU Member States and Candidate Counties between 1990 and 1999 is presented in this report. Emissions data are shown and analysed by country and economic sector. They are also compared with agreed international emission ceilings and reduction targets.
