European Projections of Non-CO2 Greenhouse Gasses (Abstract & Reference), by ETC/ACC and EEA, - Published 2002

The ETC/ACC presented the most recent EU projections of Non-CO2 Greenhouse Gasses on an international NCGG-3 Symposium on this issue (21-23 Janaury 2002 in Maastricht). The projections are both based on EU wide and national projections. They show that total EU greenhouse gas emissions are projected to be by 2010 at the 1990 level, with existing policies and measures. All Member States, except UK, project their baseline emissions (by 2010) to be above their Kyoto Burden Sharing target.
